The Aqua, Cape Charles, VA Baycreek

Aqua restaurant is located in Cape Charles, VA. Great food, great wine, wonderful casual fine dining atmosphere. They offer many specials, for instance on Tuesday nights during the off season they host "two-fer Tuesdays." On Tuesday evenings during the off season, guests are pleased by the buy one entree get one free deal. My fiance and I are sure to dine here as much as possible on Tuesday evenings. I would recommend the Tuna medallions wrapped in bacon or the New York Strip with mashed potatoes. Be sure to ask for Amy's steak sauce!

The restaurant is part of the Baycreek resort club. Baycreek has a wonderful marina, golf course, and wonderful shops. Baycreek is a relatively new establishment created by "Dickey" Richard Foster.

Cape Charles offers it all: beaches, boating, shopping, great eats, golfing, scenic tours and more!

What I like about the restaurant: Great specials, exquisite wine list, wine room, wonderful food, open 7 days a week, waterfront view, on strip with marina and shops, Cabana room

What I dislike about the restaurant: Some tables are cramped and uncomfortable (some tables you have to step up into the booth causing you to be a foot or so "higher" than the rest of the diners), service varies

This would be a great place for a romantic get away for a weekend.

Fast Lane Bristol, VA Sagebrush

Fast Lane, a redneck sports bar in Bristol, VA is where many young adults spend their weekends. Every once in a while you can find unbeatable food in the most suprising places. Fast Lane Sports Bar in Bristol, Virginia offers a relaxed, casual, kick back with the guys atmosphere. Some dishes are great while others are horrible. The majority of their food is fried. Food is often over cooked. They are known for their wings and burgers. They have 13? different flavors for thier "naked" wings served with celery and blue cheese and/or ranch dressing. The burger is large and is cooked through, can not be cooked to order. I would recomend the wings if your out with your buddies but skip the burger. The staff is not friendly due to the bar scene and rude customers. I saw a table of nearly 10 people all drinking water, constantly hassling the waitress for more and walked out without leaving a thing. Very smokey, very casual, not a place to bring the family unless it is for lunch or in the early evening. If your looking for a quick lunch with a friend or significant other be sure to order their house salad. Has diced tomatoes and cucumbers along the enge served with warm bacon bits, cheese and dressing of your choice. A sure winner!

Likes: great beer specials for daily happy hour (can not remember if it was m-f or 7 days a week), themed nights (monday - pool night , wednesday - karaoke, thursday - Ribs friday - dj, saturday - band, etc.), drink specials, lots of speciality drinks, cocktail servers bring you drinks or you can get your own from the bar, lots of flavors for wings, house salads

Dislikes: Quailty of food, poor ventilation, small dance floor/stage, extreemly loud, fights,

I guess its all on what your looking for, Fastlane in Bristol, VA is the place where some people love while others dispise.
